GREENTEA ARTISAN BAKERY & CAFE
Ani Koza, owner of the Greentea Artisan Bakery & Cafe, learned to make delicious greentea cakes from her great grandmother, Osa – who would often make them as an accompaniment when performing a traditional tea ceremony. The delicate little cakes were a large part of her childhood memories and family history. Ani wanted her space and her brand to capture the feeling of the traditions of her family home, but also express her own unique personality and style.
